Shipping & Policies

Shipping options and prices are calculated at the time of checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and shipping distance of your order. Most orders are shipped by USPS First Class or Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. USPS First Class Mail does not include package insurance, Priority Mail does. We ship Monday through Friday and will do our best to ship within one business day. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the following Monday. We are not responsible for orders where USPS tracking indicates that the item has been delivered but you have not received it. However, we will do our best to help you resolve the matter.
*RESTORATION ROSE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR USPS, FIRST CLASS ORDERS, AND UPS THAT ARE LOST OR DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT THAT ARE NOT INSURED WITH A PRIORITY MAIL POSTAGE.* We recommend purchasing Priority Mail postage during high-volume shipping times (see: The Holidays) we are unable to file a claim on your behalf for any missing/damaged mail. Postal Office requires the recipient to personally file the claim.
We are happy to receive international orders and will ship using USPS First Class International Rates. However, customers should be familiar with their country's customs policies. Restoration Rose will not be responsible for items that are held up or destroyed in customs. International orders may take up to two weeks to reach their destination. Tracking and insurance are available for an additional charge.
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
We accept PayPal, money order, major credit cards, and personal checks. However, orders paid by money order and personal checks will not be shipped until they have been received and cleared.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGE
Due to the nature of our products, returns cannot be accepted once they have been used, but we want you to be completely satisfied with your order, so if you are not happy, please contact us!
Respecting customers’ privacy is important to us and we will act responsibly with your information. We will not sell, trade, or lend your information to unauthorized third parties. When you place an order with Restoration Rose we use the information to confirm, process and track your items, or to contact you via email, mail or telephone if we have any concerns about your purchase. When you enter your email address or sign up for our newsletter, we may contact you to inform you of new items, promotions, sales, and events.
