Iris Reticulata bloom about the same time as Crocus and Snowdrops, in late winter to early spring depending upon your climate. I love them because of their beautiful jewel like tones and interesting markings. And the rich, sweet scent.
Harmony is superb. Boasting vibrant royal blue flowers adorned with a white rimmed gold crest on each fall. Rich, sweet violet fragrance just adds to the charm. Absolutely stunning with yellow daffs or tulips. Pristine with white flowers.
Iris Reticulata are native to Turkey and the Caucasian Mountains. Grass like foliage is similar to Muscari. I am particularly drawn to the various shades of blue that are so pretty with any of the other hues of spring.
